With a gift for making people feel seen and valued, Dori approaches every situation with kindness and empathy. Her desire to understand the world we live in pushed her into the news industry, where she spent seven years developing her skills as a storyteller.

In her various roles — including her nonprofit experience — she has supported award-winning news teams and has helped secure critical funding for survivors of domestic and sexual violence. She joins the Minerva Strategies team as a new mom, following a career in local news in Virginia and national news in New York.
