Crystal is at her best when identifying and closing gaps in process discipline and aligning organizations to better meet their strategic mission. Over the last decade, her solutions-focused mindset empowered major universities — including the University of Kentucky and Indiana University — to achieve university-wide and department goals for faculty, staff, and students. These inaugural initiatives ranged from social justice partnerships, student development cycles, and streamlining overall operations for student success offices.

During Crystal’s prior work in business management, her efforts centered on supporting small minority-owned companies by modernizing process workflows and elevating the client-customer experience.
