She enjoys helping clients shift their focus to enjoy the practice of communicating as the purpose. That is, discovering the systems, tools, and workflows that not only support objectives and outcomes, but also capacity, longevity, and wellbeing.

Prior to joining Minerva Strategies, marissa executed a vast array of content, projects, and events for nonprofits large and small, both in-house and as a consultant. She applies those experiences along with a background in storytelling, brand strategy, and Black Feminist thought to make clients’ biggest ideas possible.
