Kennedy is an avid writer whose passion for advocating for diversity, equity and inclusion motivated her to pursue a career in communications. Kennedy strives to use her skills in writing and social media content creation and strategy to help uplift marginalized voices.

Prior to joining Minerva Strategies, Kennedy supported communications projects, created content for and managed the social media for SMART Reading, a children’s literacy nonprofit based in Oregon. Kennedy hopes to use her skills and past experience in the communications world to support clients in their communications goals.
